New Residential Clients
• All first-time services must have a First-Time Service/Deep-Clean on their home in order to prepare the area for regular service.

• Please remember that, as a small business, our company charges a few small fees to keep our business insured, supplied, and running smoothly. Please reach out to us with any questions as needed!
Cancellation Policy
Regular Residential Clients
• Regular services will ensure that your home not only gets clean, but that it stays clean.
• After a first-time service, any regular service until 12 weeks between cleans will be considered a “regular” enough clean to heavily reduce dust, germs, and allergens, preventing the time, physical labor, and costs that go into areas which are not cleaned regularly. Because of this, we recommend that our clients have service as frequently as they feel they need in order to keep their homes fresh and cozy.
