Feedback must be submitted politely and professionally. Slander, undue criticism, and false/fabricated complaints will be ignored, and if the person submitting feedback is a client, they may be subject to termination of their service/contract with Bluestar Cleaners, LLC after attempting to amend the alleged issue.
Feedback which involves complaint, dissatisfaction, or any negative experience with Bluestar Cleaners, LLC will be formally reviewed by the company’s owner/managing partner, and will be addressed in a timely, professional, and meaningful manner. Our cleaning experts are held to high standards, and we take legitimate issues very seriously!
Ideas, suggestions, and thoughts are all welcome! We want to provide individualized, client-focused services to those in and around our community, and are always open to new ways to reasonably, realistically make that happen.
