Our services.

  • Walk-Through Inspections — $30

    Inspections are estimated to take 1 to 1 .5 hours at most, and will ensure service timeliness, accurate price estimations, and quality service for our clients!

    When providing a service for those who have successfully received a walk-through inspection, this fee may become a discount on your final invoice!

  • First-Time Client HOURLY Rate — $25 (Per Cleaner Needed)

    This first-time rate is higher than our subsequent cleaning service rates. This service is based on our cleaning experts’ hourly rates plus the supplies needed per hour.

    Our cleaners spend more time and effort on a first-time cleaning service, with following services including upkeep and maintenance for clients. The minimum amount of time scheduled for this cleaning type is a length of 4 hours, with a maximum length of up to 8 hours.

  • General-Cleaning Services — $60+

    General cleaning services include maintenance-related cleaning for the living space of individuals, renters, and homeowners. This general reset creates a fresh, clean environment for visitors and guests.

  • Deep-Cleaning Services — $100+

    Deep-cleaning services include cleaning and sanitation of the entire building, from the ceiling* to the floor.

    *Surfaces unreachable when standing on a 3-step ladder not included.

  • Assistance Services — Pricing May Vary

    These services may include tasks such as removal of trash for those who are out of town, disabled, or otherwise unable to do so, full-time or temporarily.

    For other services not listed here which may be relevant to clients’ individual needs, we strive to provide for and accommodate the individual needs of clients who request “Assistance Services” to the best of our ability!

  • Power-Washing Services — Pricing TBA

    Does your driveway, porch, front entryway, or other outdoor space need power-washed? Bluestar Cleaners, LLC wants to be your go-to provider when looking for a satisfying reset to your home’s outdoor space!

About Our Services

Terms & Conditions

Our cleaning experts are subject to the rules and requirements of Arkansas State law, and are obligated to follow the guidelines set in place by the state. Among other laws, requirements, and conditions, our company is subject to Arkansas at-will employment laws, and is not obligated to hire employees who are found to be unqualified, unfit, or are otherwise unsuitable candidates to conduct our various cleaning/maintenance services. This also means that our cleaning experts are not required to provide service to anyone, regardless of pay, if they experience any of the following:

  1. Clients who make our cleaning experts feel uncomfortable due to conversational topics, demeanor, or for any other reasons they may deem the client to be acting inappropriately, unprofessionally, or unfairly.

  2. Clients whose homes’ conditions place an undue burden on the cleaner as a result of those conditions involving toxic/hazardous waste, aggressive pets, lack of utilities such as water or electricity, or the property needing specialized services (such as pest control) or other services which will create an unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable working conditions.

  3. Clients whose homes are inaccessible due to our cleaning experts being given no access, key, or other form of entry, and being unanswered by call or text for more than sixty (60) minutes.

By requesting our services in person, by call/text, or through our website/social media, our clients acknowledge that they understand that they will receive client-focused services including cleaning and maintaining clients’ spaces in our local, Benton County area.

About Walk-Through Inspections

Walk-Through inspections are required prior to receiving services from Bluestar Cleaners, LLC. During an inspection, our cleaners will provide a pricing estimate, as well as check for preexisting damage, (bio-)hazardous conditions, or other issues that may arise during a cleaning service. Some conditions may cause our cleaning expert to cancel/terminate the service.

Walk-through inspections are a vital part of our cleaning experts’ job, and are done with both our clients and employees in mind. These are done in order to ensure that the pricing estimates given to our clients are accurate and reasonable. Here at Bluestar Cleaners, LLC, we highly value our clients’ ability to make an informed decision about the services they receive through our company.

Costs & Pricing

To ensure that our cleaning experts are able to thrive in the modern world, provide for their families, and advance their futures, our rates for our cleaners are non-negotiable at this time. While we also insist on keeping our pricing reasonable and justified, our company cannot reduce the pay rates for our employees who are encouraged to spend their time, energy, and mindful attention on ethnically servicing our clients’ spaces.

Additional Fees

Charges such as Travel Fee, Walk-Through Fee, and Cancellation Fee are non-negotiable, and will be presented on each client’s invoice for the requested service being provided.
